Thornmeadow Developments Limited intend to apply for permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development on lands at the Securispeed Logistics site, Elmfield, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

The proposed development will consist of the demolition of the existing warehouses and structures on site and the construction of a mixed-use residential-led development comprising a total of 408 no. residential units (comprising 24 no. studio units, 224 no. 1 bedroom units, 155 no. 2 bedroom/3 persons units and 5 no. 3 bedroom/5 person housing units comprising a block of 3 no. terraced units and 2 no. detached units with balconies) and 1 no. childcare facility. The residential units will comprise a mixture of apartments and own-door houses and range in height from 2-9 storeys. The proposed development will also comprise all associated car parking, cycle parking, refuse and storage areas, plant, landscaping, open space, boundary treatment, public lighting, ESB substations, and site and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
